TeslaAtlas is an independent civic-tech project operated by private individuals. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries. All references to "Tesla" are for descriptive purposes only.
By accessing or using TeslaAtlas, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy practices. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use immediately.
Location and issue data submitted through TeslaAtlas may be processed to improve community safety insights. We do not sell personal data, but we may share aggregated, anonymised insights with civic partners. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information in free-text fields.
TeslaAtlas is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Navigation guidance, map data, and issue reports may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for maintaining situational awareness and complying with applicable laws at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for damages arising from your use of the platform.
All site content, branding, and custom code are owned by the TeslaAtlas project unless otherwise noted. Third-party trademarks (including "Tesla") remain the property of their respective owners.
We may update these Terms to reflect product changes or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of TeslaAtlas after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
