1. About TeslaAtlas

TeslaAtlas is an independent community project operated by private individuals. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries. All references to "Tesla" are for descriptive purposes only.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TeslaAtlas, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use immediately.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when submitting reports or feedback.
• Respect local laws, regulations, and road rules when using the Atlas.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the platform or its data sources.
• Do not use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download data from TeslaAtlas.

4. Email Communications

If you create an account, we may send you transactional emails (account verification, issue notifications) and, where you have opted in, occasional product announcements. You can manage your email preferences at any time from your account preferences page, or use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email we send. We do not send spam and will never sell your email address.

5. Data & Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using TeslaAtlas you acknowledge that you have read and understood it. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information in free-text fields.

6. Disclaimers & Liability

TeslaAtlas is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Map data and issue reports may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for maintaining situational awareness and complying with applicable laws at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on any information it provides.

7. Intellectual Property

All site content, branding, and custom code are owned by the TeslaAtlas project unless otherwise noted. Third-party trademarks (including "Tesla") remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect product changes or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of TeslaAtlas after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
